Navy Lodge FAQs

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?


Reservations can be made via the web page, BOOK NOW, or by calling the Navy lodge of your choice directly.


HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY RESERVATION?


You can cancel or change your reservation by calling (800) 628-9466 or by calling the Navy Lodge directly.  Your reservation may be canceled at any time up to 1800 hours on the day of your arrival.


HOW MANY ROOMS MAY I RESERVE?


You can reserve as many rooms as required.  Group reservations can be made by calling the Navy Lodge of your choice directly.


WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT?


Check-in time at most Navy Lodges is after 1500 hours (call (800) 628-9466 for more information).  Early arrivals will be accommodated according to room availability.  Check-out time at all Navy Lodges is 1200 noon.


WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I HAVE AT CHECK-IN?


If you are on orders, a copy of your orders and current ID.  If you are traveling for leisure we require your ID.  You, as the sponsor, will be required to be present to check in your sponsored guests.


CAN MY RESERVATION EVER BE CANCELLED?


Due to extraordinary circumstances your reservation may be cancelled. Navy Lodge will make every attempt to find comparable accommodations.  For more details call (800) 628-9466 and ask for Guest Services.


 


IS MY PET ALLOWED?


Pets are allowed in select facilities for a fee.  In addition, kennel information is available by calling the Navy Lodge where you will be staying.

HOW DO I GUARANTEE MY ROOM FOR A LATE ARRIVAL?


Your reservation for a late arrival is guaranteed with either a major credit card or an advance cash deposit (one night’s lodging sent directly to the lodge).  For more information call
(800) 628-9466.  If your credit card is denied for any reason prior to check-in, your reservation
will be canceled.


WHAT CREDIT CARDS DOES THE NAVY LODGE ACCEPT?


The Navy Lodge accepts Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, and American Express.


DO I NEED A CNA WHEN I PCS?


Yes. Navy Lodge is the official government lodging when on PCS Orders. PSD requires a CNA when space is unavailable at Navy Lodge.

I'M A DOD CIVILIAN ON ORDERS, CAN I SHOP AT THE NAVY EXCHANGE?


Yes. Just show your orders at the local Navy Exchange and you are authorized to shop.
